主要研究方向:
1. 天然资源尤其是中草药中新颖活性成分的提取分离和结构鉴定;
2. 从天然产物中寻找药物先导和候选结构;
3. 具有重要生物活性天然产物的结构修饰和作用机制研究;
4. 天然产物活性分子的分子探针合成及作用靶标研究。
科研成果:
在科研方面一直致力于中草药活性物质基础和相关活性作用机理研究,到目前为止已分离鉴定和活性筛选了500余个化合物,取得了多项天然药物研究成果:从小桐子中筛选出了具有抗肿瘤活性的候选化合物;从闽产灵芝中发现抗过敏活性的芳香杂萜类分子;从“维生素C之王”针叶樱桃中发现具有抑制AChE活性的新颖结构等。基本阐明抑制前列腺癌增殖和转移的候选药物CurA的分子作用机制和靶标确证工作,正进行临床前药学其他方面的研究工作;已发现对乳腺癌具有良好抑制作用的天然先导化合物分子JQ222,正进行构效关系和作用机制研究。已在天然产物化学和食品化学领域如Organic Letters, Phytochemistry, PlantaMedica, Tetrahedron, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food Chemistry等国际杂志上发表和参与发表SCI论文30余篇。

1)国家自然科学基金面上项目,靶向抑制RhoA蛋白的二萜化合物curcusone A的抗肿瘤构效关系、结构优化和分子机制研究,主持,62万,2018.01-2021.12;2)横向课题,淫羊藿次苷Ⅱ提取小试工艺开发及化学合成工艺开发,主持,50万,2017.6-2019.6;
3)福建省高校青年自然基金重点项目,龙血树叶辅助降血糖保健品的前期基础研究,主持,10万,2016.12-2019.12;
4)泉州市高端海洋人才资助项目,多色鲜花紫菜饮料和降血压功能紫菜饮料的研究开发,主持,10万,2016.6-2019.6;
5)中央高校基本科研业务费,傣药摆埋嘎筛抗糖尿病活性成分及作用机制研究,主持,40万,2015.11-2019.11;
