  男， 1962年7月生，教授、硕士生导师.
  毕业于厦门大学，理学硕士。现兼任厦门大学计算机网络管理中心主任、厦门大学网络教育学院副院长、厦门大学现代教育技术中心主任，教育部中国教育和科研计算机网华东南地区厦门主节点网络中心主任，“211工程”重点建设实验室“海洋遥感与信息处理实验室”学科带头人、，中国风暴潮及海啸研究会副理事长，中国海洋湖沼学会计算海洋物理专业委员会常委，中国水环境理事，《台湾海峡》编委等。曾先后兼任厦门大学亚热带海洋研究所副所长、厦门大学科研处处长、科技处处长。
  1991年获福建省首届青年科技奖
  1993年获首届福建运盛青年科技奖
  1993年获国务院特殊津贴
  1995年被评为福建省优秀专家
  1995年获国家教委第五届霍英东青年教师奖（研究类），入选1995年度国家教委“跨世纪优秀人才培养计划”
  主要从事海洋遥感、数值计算和网络信息安全技术研究。
