微生物资源的开发和应用;酶(微生物来源)的分离纯化、结构与功能,构象与活力的关系,酶活力调控机理,抑制作用机理,酶产品的开发与应用。
My research is focused on the development and application of microbial resources and the enzyme from microbe, including structure and function of enzyme, kinetics of enzyme, regulation mechanism of enzymatic activity.
