研究领域 (Research Area)
近年主要关注PI3K/AKT/FoxO通路与表观遗传修饰机制的互话在肿瘤耐药/肿瘤转移中的功能。另外,我们还关注应激刺激如何调控细胞分化,细胞凋亡,细胞自噬等生命活动。
The main interest of the lab is the understanding of the reciprocal regulation between PI3K/AKT/FoxO pathway and epigenetic modulation mechanisms. We are particularly interested in investigating how these crosstalks controlling chemoresistance and cancer metastasis. In addition, we are also interested in characterizing key molecules and signaling networks regulating cell differentiation, apoptosis and autophagy.
