研究领域 (Research Area):
Our research focus on the microbial molecular biology, the research content includes: the application of RAPD technology to interspecific and intraspecific polymorphism of agaricus bisporus evaluation; On the commercial strains of wild agaricus bisporus strains and genetic differences are analyzed; Commercial strains cultivated area is one of the most widely at home and abroad of the 2796 a genetic correlation analysis; Development of hybrid strains for early identification of DNA probe; Agaricus bisporus cluster variation of the preliminary research on the molecular mechanism and related gene cloning; Agaricus bisporus 02 strain genomic library and a cDNA library construction; Agaricus bisporus and heat-resistant properties of research; Pigs trichina specific antigen p49 gene cloning and human and animal trichinosis rapid detection, in southeast China sea microbial activity of the discovery of lead compounds and optimization, the research on active polysaccharides from Marine microorganisms, genetically modified crops and food detection, etc.
主要从事微生物分子生物学研究,研究内容主要有:应用RAPD技术对双孢蘑菇的种间及种内多态性进行评价;对双孢蘑菇野生菌株与商业菌株的遗传差异进行分析;对目前国内栽培面积最广的商业菌株2796的家系构成进行遗传相关性分析;开发可对杂交菌株进行早期鉴别的DNA探针;双孢蘑菇丛生变异的分子机理的初步研究及相关基因片段的克隆;双孢蘑菇02菌株基因组文库及cDNA文库的构建;双孢蘑菇耐温特性的研究;猪旋毛虫特异抗原p49的基因克隆及人畜旋毛虫病的快速检测、中国东南海微生物中活性先导化合物的发现和优化、海洋微生物活性多糖的研究、转基因作物及其食品的检测等。
