项林英,女,浙江建德人。博士、副教授、硕导、IEEE会员。
2008年毕业于南开大学信息技术科学学院自动化系,获控制理论与控制工程专业博士学位。
2008年11月至2010年10月在香港城市大学从事博士后研究工作(合作导师:陈关荣教授、祝建华教授)。
2010年11月至今在厦门大学自动化系任教。
2013年3月至6月在香港城市大学“混沌与复杂网络学术研究中心”做短期访问(合作导师:陈关荣教授)。
自2012年以来任中国复杂网络会议程序委员会委员。
自2016年以来任网络科学论坛程序委员会委员。
自2016年以来任中国指挥与控制学会网络科学与工程委员会委员。
自2017年以来任中国指挥与控制学会云控制与决策委员会委员。
