个人履历
杨永祥（Steve Yang）博士，厦门大学客座教授。
在核电数字化仪控系统的工程和管理方面拥有20多年的经验，主要涉及安全相关数字化仪控平台和系统的设计、人机界面的固件开发、计算机模拟和仿真、安全相关软件的验证和确认（V&V）、基于FPGA的新型安全级核电数字化仪控系统、商业软件应用、DCS出厂验收测试、仪控取证等领域。他是IEEE 1012标准工作组的积极成员，具有国际核电站数字化仪控和V&V领域深厚的学术和技术背景。他曾任职Areva美国公司核电站仪控验证和确认部经理，他组建的Areva V&V团队帮助Areva在美国Oconee电站实现了近年来第一座被NRC认证通过的核电数字化仪控保护系统和安全专设系统。他现任NUV 技术公司总裁，美国斗山HF Controls公司总顾问, 美国泰拉能源公司顾问，美国Altran公司高级顾问兼核能独立V&V主任，美国布鲁克海文国家实验室高级顾问，中国教育部“海外名师项目”获得者。

Dr. Steve Yang has over 20 years of engineering and management experience in nuclear power plant (NPP) digital instrumentation and control (DI&C) system, mainly involve safety related DI&C system design, the firmware development of human-machine interface, computer simulation, safety related soft verification and validation (V&V), FPGA based up-to-date safety NPP DI&C system, COTS application, DCS factory acceptance testing, I&C license, etc. He served as director of the NPP DI&C V&V division of Areva. The Areva V&V team, he formed, helped the NPP DI&C RPS and ESFAS of Oconee NPP to be the first one to pass the NRC license in the recent years. Now, he is the president of NUV Technology, chief consultant of HF Controls, consultant of TerraPower, senior consultant of Altran and director of NPP independent V&V of Altran, senior consultant of Brookhaven National Laboratory. Dr. Yang is also Chinese Ministry of Higher Education overseas famous professors project winner.
