  研发方向
  (1)新型材料研制与表征
  合成制备中子吸收体芯块、SiC(ZrO、ZrN、Cr等)涂层燃料包壳锆合金管、功能薄膜材料、特殊钢铁材料等。
  (2)材料的辐照行为和辐照效应研究
  利用TEM(STEM、EELS)、SEM、AFM、聚焦离子束(FIB)、原子探针、RBS、XRD、正电子湮没技术等现代材料表征手段进行辐照前后材料的微观组织与微观化学研究,结合分子动力学建立相关理论与模型,评估材料的抗辐照行为。研究对象包括:FeCrAl合金、锆合金及涂层、奥氏体与铁素体钢、钨及钨合金、SiC及复合材料、中子吸收材料、乏燃料存储材料、空间飞行器表面材料等。
  (3)材料的疲劳性能与寿命评估
  针对工程金属构件的寿命问题开展力学性能测试、疲劳寿命评估与预测,核电站用材料延寿相关问题的研究。主要实验包括:低周疲劳、高周疲劳、裂纹扩展、拉伸性能、高温高压腐蚀性能、蠕变行为等测试与研究。采用有限元软件和Safe寿命预测软件进行仿真模拟,基于断裂力学和概率分析,研发合金构件的疲劳裂纹萌生和短裂纹扩展行为的预测模型、提出合金构件的疲劳寿命预测模型。研究对象包括:核反应堆用构件、金属工程构件、汽车用钢/铝合金等。
