【简介】

苏少坚，男，汉族，福建安溪人，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，2007年本科毕业于山东大学物理学院，获理学学士学位；2012年博士毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所，获工学博士学位。2012年至今任职于华侨大学信息科学与工程学院。

【讲授课程】

本科生《大学物理》、《半导体器件基础》，研究生《半导体器件制作工艺》。

【研究领域】

硅基光子学、IV族半导体材料及其光电子和微电子器件、非晶晶化技术

【科研项目】

目前主持一项国家自然科学基金青年项目和一项福建省自然科学基金青年项目，参与一项国家自然科学基金青年项目。
