  李福男博士、副教授
  个人简历:
  李福男,男,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。2010年4月回国就职,从事药物化学的教学和科研工作,主讲本科生及研究生的《药学导论》、《药物合成反应》、《药物化学》、《药物化学实验》、《药物化学研究进展》等课程。Medicinal Chemistry Research, Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry杂志审稿人。现主要研究方向为创新药物分子的设计、合成及机制研究,药物合成工艺及产业化研究。
  教育、工作背景:
  1991.9-1995.7 延边大学药学院药学专业学士
  1999.9-2002.7 延边大学药学院药物化学硕士
  2005.2-2010.2 韩国首尔大学药学院药物化学博士、博士后
  2010.4-至今厦门大学药学院药物化学与信息学副教授
  主要研究方向:
  1、TRPV1受体拮抗剂的设计、合成及镇痛活性研究;
  2、喹啉衍生物的设计、合成及抗癫痫活性研究;
  3、VEGF/ VEGFR为靶点的肝癌药物设计、合成及活性研究;
  4、Nur77-LKB1-AMPK为靶点的新型糖尿病药物设计、合成及活性研究;
  5、药物合成工艺及产业化研究。
  研究成果:
  近年来主持或参与承担国家自然科学基金项目、省科技厅自然科学基金重点和面上项目、制药企业课题等多项研究工作。在国内外学术期刊上发表论文20多篇,其中SCI收载论文22篇。国际发明专利授权1项,申请国内专利2项。
