酶的分离纯化、结构与功能,构象与活力的关系,酶活力调控机理,抑制作用机理,酶产品的开发与应用,蛋白质组学研究。
My research is focused on Enzymology, including structure and function of enzyme, kinetics of enzyme, regulation mechanism of enzymatic activity; Enzyme inhibitor research; Proteomics research.
