  2010年毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所,获微电子学与固体电子学专业工学博士学位。同年加入厦门大学萨本栋微米纳米科学技术研究院,现任职副教授。
  研究兴趣
  半导体光电材料的制备和性能表征;光栅外腔半导体激光器的研制、性能表征和应用研究;GaN基共振腔发光二极管的研制和性能优化。
