研究领域:
生殖过程是一个由母体与子体共同参与的被精确调控的生理过程,其中的早期胚胎发育、胚泡着床与随后的胎盘发生是决定妊娠能否成功的关键环节。研究组主要利用动物模型结合人类临床资源和多种新兴研究策略研究早期胚胎发育、着床与胎盘发生的生理和病理调节机制,具体包括:(1)囊胚激活的分子机制;(2)子宫接受态建立和蜕膜化的分子调控网络;(3)胎盘发育过程中滋养层细胞命运分化的决定。通过对以上关键过程的研究,深入揭示妊娠建立和维持的分子机理,为预防和治疗与上述生殖过程相关的女性生殖疾病提供参考和借鉴。
