沈哲是厦门大学管理学院财务学副教授、博士生导师。在加入管理学院之前，他2007年至2010年在厦门大学财务管理与会计研究院工作。他的研究兴趣主要是行为金融和实证公司财务，特别是新股发行和国企私有化。他的研究发表在Journal of Corporate Finance、Journal of Portfolio Management、Pacific-Basin Finance Journal、Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting、统计研究等国际和国内知名学术期刊。他拥有英国埃塞克斯大学的金融学博士学位和经济学（会计与金融经济学）硕士学位。
Zhe Shen is Assoicate Professor of Finance at the School of Management, Xiamen University. Proior to joining the School of Management, he had been working with the Institute for Financial and Accounting Studies at Xiamen University during 2007-2010. His research interests lie in the areas of behavioral finance and empirical corporate finance, especially IPOs and privatization. His research has appeared in several international journals such as Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Portfolio Management, and Pacific-Basin Finance Journal. He holds a PhD in Finance and a MSc in Economics (Accounting and Financial Economics) from the University of Essex in UK.
